Call 1300 153 645 and say it is a fault. Faults are treated as faults, not as new quote requests, whether or not we installed the system. If you are locked out by a failed access control door, say that first.

Do you charge for quotes or site visits?

No. The site visit is free and carries no obligation, and nobody follows you up afterwards. It exists because security quotes given over the phone without seeing the property are guesses, and we would rather give you a real number once than a wrong number fast.

How quickly will you get back to me?

Form enquiries are answered as soon as possible. If something has stopped working, do not wait on the form: call 1300 153 645 and say it is a fault so it is handled as one.

What areas do you cover?

South East Brisbane, with most jobs within about forty minutes of the city. We travel further for commercial work and for existing clients. If you are unsure whether we cover you, ask; the answer for commercial sites is usually yes.

We recently needed to upgrade our CCTV security system covering the entire car park and rooftop entertainment area of our unit block. I initially received a quote from an existing installer I had used a number of times for residential installations, however he had several issues trying to work out how to get a camera to the rooftop of this complex. Because of this, I decided to seek a second quote. I contacted Nik and asked if he could inspect the building and provide a quote, and I have to say he exceeded my expectations with both his knowledge and professionalism.
